The name Kotal is proudly inspired by Landi Kotal, a historic gateway of culture and cuisine. Known for its unique flavors and deep-rooted food customs, Landi Kotal reflects the very essence of what we wanted our restaurant to stand for: authenticity, depth, and cultural richness.
